Returns

We offer Free returns within 30 days for US orders with free prepaid return labels. International buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Items must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received them along with all original packaging/papers.

Refunds 
We'll notify you when we've received your return item. After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Item will be shipped back to you if the return is not approved.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
It can take a few days for refunds to post to your account depending on your bank.
If it's been more than 5 business days, check with your credit card company. Next check with your bank. If you’ve done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at service@bladesnow.com

Exchanges 
We'll replace any defective or damaged item upon delivery. Contact us at service@bladesnow.com to start the process.

Returning Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a Blades Now gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver's original payment method and they will find out about your return. 

Return Shipping 
Since we offer Free Returns, please contact us at service@bladesnow.com to start the return process and get a prepaid return label. Prepaid return labels will be for standard shipping methods. If you'd like to return the item with a faster shipping method you can do so at your own cost.
